'I love this stand idea as I have a basked on top of the fridge [because] I have no space for it,' one person wrote underneath this idea.Another popular idea on the group is to use a wide-brimmed punch bowl as a fruit bowl, or opt for the 'planter box' from the store:'Mine is empty at the moment, but I use this planter box,' one woman posted with an accompanying photo of a large box originally designed for greenery. 'I can usually fit five or six kilograms of fruit in the basket.'Elsewhere, people recommended everything from Kmart's 'cheap round serving platter, purchased months ago' to a 'Kmart baking tray':'Fits everything in it,' posted the baking tray enthusiast. 'It's a bit bare at the moment, though.' One person even created a fruit ladder stand, using countless bowls and a shelf to store all sorts of delicious fruit.If you're short of space, another recommended buying 'two planter baskets' and hooking them 'inside my pantry door':'Cheap, fits heaps and is out of sight but the kids can reach it easy as,' she added.
